FemInno empowers girls and women in tech throughout Armenia, developing pathways for girls, especially at the K-12 level, by providing support and skills development for vulnerable groups and creating job and networking opportunities for women in STEM. FemInno plans to establish its “Elevating Armenian Girls in STEM” program, which aims to address systemic educational, geographical, and networking barriers that impinge upon women’s access to and success within STEM.
