The National Committee on American Foreign Policy (NCAFP), a long-time partner of the Luce Foundation, plans to continue its Forum on Asia Pacific Security, to maintain effective channels of communication and diplomacy in the Asia Pacific region. The Forum will continue to build out emerging leader fellowships and working groups, which include Asian Americans and African Americans.
