The Latinx Project: Center for Interdisciplinary Arts and Culture (TLP) at NYU will produce three, annual print volumes in its journal series, Intervenxions , which publishes the writing of Latinx critics and academics and serves as an advocacy organization for this field sector. With support from the Mellon Foundation, TLP has published two print volumes and maintained an online version of Intervenxions , initiated during COVID and hosted on the TLP website. The online journal has published over 200 articles on Latinx art criticism and interviews with field leaders and artists. This Luce grant will support three additional print editions (in 2024, 2025, and 2026), which will anthologize the highlights of the online publication.
